Built for the senior search

For people earning ₹20L+ who make fewer, bigger moves, where one well-aimed application is worth more than fifty sent blind.

Made for you if

  • You have 7 to 15 years behind you and you're choosing your next move carefully.
  • You'd rather send ten strong applications than a hundred hopeful ones.
  • You're aiming for senior roles in India, or for global, remote and Gulf roles from India.
  • You want your own resume, sharpened for each role, not a template that looks like everyone else's.

Probably not for you if

  • You want a bot to apply to hundreds of jobs for you. ApplaiQ never applies in your name.
  • You're looking for your first job. Tools built for early careers will serve you better today.
  • You want claims on your resume you can't back up in an interview. ApplaiQ is built to use only your real experience, and you review every line.

From resume to sent, in four steps

You stay in charge at every step. The agents do the searching, scoring and drafting; you decide what goes out.

  1. 1

    Bring your resume

Upload one or several, or your LinkedIn PDF. We build one career profile you can review and edit, and you can add to it by voice.

  2. 2

The scout finds and scores roles

Tell it what you want this time. It searches job boards and company careers pages, notes where each listing came from, and scores it 1–10 against your record.

  3. 3

Get a kit for each role worth it

Your resume rebuilt in your own format for that job, plus a cover note, application answers and an ATS check. Built to use only your real experience, and you review every line.

  4. 4

Send it yourself, then follow up

You apply. We plan who to talk to, draft the note, and flag your follow-ups on day 5, 10 and 15.

Every kit has the same four parts. Here they are for one fictional role.

Chief of Staff to the CEO

Series C fintech · Bengaluru · Hybrid

Worth applying

Strong fit, with one gap to address.

Why it scored 9

  • Four years running a CEO's operating cadence: OKRs, weekly business reviews, board prep. That's the JD's first ask.
  • Led a cost programme across six functions. The role owns cross-functional programmes.
  • Wrote the investor updates and board decks, which matches “board and investor communication”.
  • Gap: no fintech or regulatory experience. The cover note names it directly instead of hiding it.

Two agents, one job search

The Scout finds and scores roles. The Kit Builder prepares everything you need to apply well. You stay in charge of both.

  • Scored against your record

Every role gets a 1–10 score against your achievements, with the reasons spelled out. A low score is your cue not to spend time on it.

    Example verdicts

    • 9/10Apply
    • 7/10Stretch: one gap to address
    • 4/10Skip: wrong level for you
  • Your format, not a template

Save your own resume as your format and every kit follows its sections, order and bullet style, or pick a built-in template. Only the content changes per job.

  • Speak instead of typing

Dictate a job description, your summary or what you're looking for this week.

  • A person to talk to

Every kit ends with who to contact at the company, what to say and when to follow up.

  • A tracker that nudges you

Every application in one place, with follow-up reminders on day 5, 10 and 15.

Why not just use…

Fair question. Each kind of tool does part of the job. Here's how they compare on what matters in a senior search.

Why this exists

Aayush Mishra

Founder, ApplaiQ

ISB and INSEAD alumnus

I've spent 10+ years as an operator: de facto Chief of Staff in the CEO's Office at BYJU'S, CEO-office execution at OUTTHINK, and taking enterprise AI from proof-of-concept to production.

Most job tools reward volume. At a senior level, volume works against you. Senior people don't need more applications. They need the right ten, done properly, and a warm door to the person who decides.

That's what I'm building ApplaiQ to do, from Bengaluru. It's early, and I'd rather hear where it falls short than pretend it doesn't.
